If you are looking to sell your house or looking to buy a house I would highly recommend Shaktie. We moved to the Seattle area in 2017. Shaktie was our agent and we were lucky to find her. She was very friendly and easy to work with. We were kinda picky so she had to show us alot of homes.
The main thing I liked about her was that she was very responsive, always responds when I contact her...even when I incidentally dialed her at 5:30am lol . Because in that area its very important that you act fast when you find a house you want.
She found us a great house that we lived in it for about 4 years and then decided we wanted to sale the house in 2021 and move out to the country.
So we contacted Shaktie again. Within about 4 days or so after listing the house we had a buyer. We got about $20K over asking price.
