We worked with Shaun to buy our second home for past 2 months. He is fun, knowledgeable, patient and has good negotiation skills. When we tour houses together he give great insights on pros/cons of houses and answers any questions we have in detail. Shaun has good connections and was able to connect to listing agents to know the reasonable offer price and avoid bidding war. I feel this is really valuable especially during the hot market of 2021.
