I personally did not know Shawna Jorat. It was only in April/May 2023, my former realtor who moved out of California recommended her when I was looking for a trustworthy realtor to sell my small condo. When I first met Shawna, I was already impressed by her knowledge of the real estate market. She explained her approach and how she is going to set the selling price of my property. So, I asked her to represent me as the seller’s agent. Since I have no experience in selling any property, Shawna, and her assistant Christine, led my hand all through the process. She explained each of the documents I must e-sign. Christine sent me a reminder text before each deadline. My condo was in pending 10 days after it was listed on the market. Shawna also explained the advantages and disadvantages of accepting each offer. But the final decision was totally mine. Shawna was diligent, resourceful, honest, reliable for this transaction, and I am thankful and appreciate what she did for me. In the future, should I sell or buy any property, I sure will ask Shawna to represent me again.
