Shawndy is a fabulous realtor and kind person! We did a crazy thing- purchased one investment property in AZ and listed another investment property for sale in CA right before leaving the country for a three month trip. Shawndy she handled the sale in CA for us and made it much easier for us to do this. She was great about advising us on how best to prep the property for sale, she worked well with our tenant on showings/open houses and she even took care of final walk through and arranged cleaning after our tenant moved out. She educated us on the market dynamics and we felt very comfortable with her recommendations on the timing and listing price. All through the process she kept us informed about where things were and what we needed to do when, which was greatly appreciated especially after we left the country and disconnected a bit.
