Horrible experience, as a home owner I would never let them manage my property! Absolutely horrible. I rented a house they managed for a year, never got a screen door! Cracks in all the windows so there always was a breeze! Mind you this was a brand new build 2023. Maintenance showed up without calling or a warning while I was at work, on top of them showing up unannounced, they were rude to my wife. I ended up leaving after the 1 year lease, 22 days later still no deposit back and nobody will talk to me about it. They had somebody come mow half the weeds on the property and stuck them all by the house dead. Huge pile about 5ft high and 15 ft long! Huge fire hazard! They sat there the last 6 months was there. This company is horrible and I will be reaching out to the homeowner to let them know they should use a different property management company.

Who writes google reviews for a rental agency? People who are upset and people who are happy when the move out. Sheraton is a perfectly above normal rental agency. I just moved out of a 13 year long lease and admittedly didn’t put my best effort into making sure the property was spotless. They deducted less than I expected from my deposit (got money back). Make the place look as good as you can and be reasonable with what you consider “wear and tear”. Overall the company and team are qualified and responsive professionals here to make your life easier and also please the property owners. I had absolutely zero issues working with the team, if there was a minor issue it was remedied quickly and effectively. Thank you for making my first home rental experience a great one!

I’ve had a great experience renting with Sheraton. All my maintenance requests are fixed in a timely manner and they always respond quick to any questions I’ve had. They also made it very easy for me to get a lease takeover when I decided to move out of Chico!

This is the worst Real estate I have dealt with by far
they gave me an apartment that is not in a good condition to live in.
The water shower is shared, whenever the neighbor took a shower, my water turn super hot. I got a skin born because of that. The maintenance took over two months to check the issue. It took them five minutes to decide that there was nothing wrong with the water, yet here I'm with hospital bills. I let them know that I'm willing to renew the lease and still got charged with 30 day notice fee. My bathroom door broke and took them 2 weeks to send someone. All the promises they said went in vain. I recommend you to leave under bridge than deal with them. Really bad business and the communication horrible. If there is a 0 star, I would be more than glad to rate them that

Very greedy company. They will nickel and dime you for everything. Very difficult to work with and to gets things done like maintenance. For example, my heating unit broke down in december and it took them weeks to even get someone out. Very bad experience. Bureaucratic.

HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT!! They try to charge you for things you should not be charged for. I took over a lease, they did NOT tell me the previous tenants still owed them rent, when I asked why my rent bill was so high, They told me NOT TO worry about it, that it was the previous tenants responsibility. Several months later since they can’t get a hold of the previous tenant,I start getting harassed about it, and now an EVICTION notice, to either pay that bill or I will get evicted in 15 days.Not mentioning they have a cockroach infestation , that I didn’t know about when I moved in, and they dnt bother to fix the problem. Avoid this company! It will just bring you unnecessary issues!

I lived at Enclave for a year and they were hands down the best property management company I’ve interacted with. It was clear they had my best interest in mind, responded promptly to maintenance requests, and overall seemed to be charging at market rate when other, similar apartments in Chico are going for hundreds more per month.
