horrible if i can give it no stars i would
we had an appointment at 4pm and office closes at 5pm
and no one is here to do the tour or answer
we been calling and calling and mothing so i give it no stars but theirs no option for it

Laundry mats are very grungy.
Neighborhood isn't the best.
Apartments have a tendancy towards mold.

But this place is kid and pet friendly. Management is super helpful and friendly. The maintence crew is usually busy but very helpful. Most Sheridan residents are very nice. All in all it has been a good experince for my family of +~5years.

Apartments were clean inside and out. Not very noisy. Lived there for a year, but due to work had to move out. Would definitely live there again.

Have been here for almost 2 years and I can’t even count the number of times the water has been shut off here without any notice whatsoever. Happens way too often for it to be normal.

As a former tenant at Sheriden management there was horrible there’s extra utility fees that weren’t advised and park rental increase also raised that management there never notified us about put in maintenance request and they never came to fix.

It has been 1 month and a half and I have not received my reimbursement for my Hold Deposit. Very poor service. If you call the main office no one answers. Been lied to as to the timeline for reimbursement.
