I’m an attorney and was introduced to Shield through a client who worked with them for years. And, I can totally see why. Extremely hard working, knowledgeable, and shrewd in the best possible way. I first worked with Jonathan Nikfarjam, and later with Luca Jacoli and Allen Gholian. Jonathan was able to sell a difficult property in a matter of weeks and helped turn the proceeds over in a 1031-exchange; also within a matter of weeks. Better yet, I work in probate and Luca helped my own clients in an sale through a decedent’s estate. If any of you are familiar with 1031-exchanges or probate sales, they are extremely complicated and not always successful. Yet, they made the process so easy and quick. I hope I can continue working with them.
