I opened a Barber studio in Shiloh industrial Park and couldn't be happier! Ryan the property manager is very kind and responsive. Getting in and out of the park is easy and there is plenty of parking for my clients. All my neighbors and surrounding businesses are very easy going and supportive. Highly recommend Shiloh Industrial Park!!

We could not have found a better place to base our business from. Management has very fare rates and they are super responsive. We love how convenient it is to 101. We work late sometimes and I always feel safe as the entire complex is well lit and tidy. Also, as a woman business owner I feel heard and respected in all of my dealings which wasn’t always the case when looking at other spaces in Sonoma County. We will be here for a long while.

The manager Ryan has been very attentive to my needs and requests. He always informs us right away of any changes or activity in the park. The area has been kept very well manicured and the trees make a very beautiful setting.

Ryan was absolutely amazing off the bat! Response time 10/10. When chatting, I was telling him what I was looking for in a unit and we were able to narrow down exactly what I needed and for a great price as well! Easy access to the units as well. Added little bonus that it's right off the freeway! I would recommend for sure!

I have been leasing an office space here for the better part of 2023. Ryan Phillips is the onsite Director Operations and does a terrific job. He communicates well with tenants on any issues that may affect us.

He fixes issues quickly and has made a number of improvements. I occasionally enjoy the food truck that Ryan contracted to come onsite! Its actually really amazing food especially when I dont have time to leave the office to find something in town.
This is a well run place if you need an office or large secure yard for equipment. Location is really ideal. Easy on/off the 101 freeway.
