Scott Schoenhoff and Rob Robbins of Shiloh Realty Team sold my house in 3 days. We had 2 offers right way and closed in less than 30 days! Scott was excellent to work with. He was right on the ball with everything during the whole process. He communicated well with us eery step of the way and even went out of his way to help when we had to go out of town briefly. He was very professional, knowledgable and informative. He was good at letting us know what needed to be done to the house for a good sale. Very good interpersonal skills, nice but at the same time, tough when needed. Did I mention our house sold in six days!
