Dan & Amy are both, in a word, extraordinary. We met Dan years ago when we bought our home in Fair Oaks, and we knew we would hire him again if we ever sold. He also had a great team of local professionals to perform inspections on the house we ended up purchasing. This was a huge help as Dan was able to use the issues they discovered to negotiate a significant credit back to us at signing.

Finally, Dan is just an all around great guy! Our family felt so fortunate to have his guidance and expertise throughout a process that could have otherwise been very stressful and it was so nice that we were even able to share a few good laughs along the way. I worked with Daniel Gossett from Shine Real Estate and he was super amazing. I have never seen or heard of an exemplary service than what I witnessed. He helped us secure a refund of our "Earnest money" from the first builders. He will continue fighting for you until you are satisfied. He also helped us to get discounted fees from the Mortgage company we used. Dan did a thorough inspection in our home and helped us detect faults to be fixed by the builders when we moved in. Dan was the best realtor from beginning to end, and there were A LOT of steps in between those two points. We knew we wanted to buy a new home, but that also required us to sell our current home. With a toddler and in the middle of a global pandemic, logistics and planning were a lot to process, but Dan guided us through all of our options and what he thought would work best given our situation--and he was right!

In order to help us sell our house, Dan and his team provided us with recommendations for staging, scheduling, and feedback throughout. He was very organized and kept us in the loop on all inspections, and worked collaboratively with the selling agent to help us earn some credit on some improvements we wanted to take care of. It was the smoothest, easiest process imaginable and we are currently moving items into our new home, thanks to him.

He made all of the paperwork very easy for us to access and review with him, kept us informed every step of the way, and if there were any stressors or hiccups at all, he took care of them before we had to worry about a thing.
