I needed quick housing. I am 66 years old, handicap, and I use a wheelchair and a Walker to get around. They post that they have handicap Apartments when we went and spoke with the Lady, she Said none of their Apartments have handicapped accessible showers. They're all Bath tubs With showers. And to top it off, it's supposed to be affordable housing. They wanted $1600 a month for a 2 bedroom. Mobile home down in the trailer park behind Pizza Hut.

Christina guertian dies drug deals seeling her and her sons adderall... as well suboxons.... gone on for years and abuseing child of 3.... shires has dine nothing to women tho all illegal activities continue... and a warrent for ger arrest is still.out.. but shire does nothing for safety of the children never do any repairs... so once in your on your own for years.. then they try to charge you... dog poop every could be on door step oping doors and they don't care... broken cabinets, doors, holes in wall fro. Them dooing eork leaving open..ect...any and all complaints are COMPLETELY IGNORED...staff and employees just don't care... don't expect anything to ever be done

Kim from the SASH dept in Walloomsac has a bad habit of talking to other tenants in the building telling them your business. I had a personal experience Dec 1, 2023 with this and filed a complaint with the organization for it. She needs to be fired.

Things have been great. My neighbors are very nice and quiet. Plenty of room and every comfort of home! With all the snow coming I was a little worried about the plowing. These gentlemen are on the ball. getting it all plowed before I even go to work in the morning. Came everyday for that foot of snow we got to ensure it was all set. Thank you! No problems, everything is running smoothly. Thanks again.

Terrible company to rent from. They do not follow through with the lease. When you live in apartments you have neighbors and share common areas. If your neighbor is not respectful they are loud harrass you and break every part of the lease shires does not take care of the issue. The mission of that shires claims having a great place to live, and safe and enjoyable in my experience is false. When you move out you will not receive your security deposit back within 14 days. I didn't. I had to be persistant and keep bothering them. They ignore you wheb you have concerns and if you send an email you will not receive a response. They are not affordable or subsidized my income once was 300 a month because i lost my job and shires kept my rent at 768 the monent I got income they raised my rent to 927. Your rent gets raised everytime you get a raise of income and even if you dont they raise it every year. Do not rent from them. There are plenty of other apartments. That are more private and cheaper. This company in my opionon is a scam. They do not care about you they care about how much money they can get from you.
