It needs more improvements. Though landlord is easy to contact & talk too but request tooks forever to get it done until you’ll get tired of waiting. It’s a never ending reasons & excuses. Tenants with dogs are gross, they never pick up their dogs poop. Ground cleaners did some cleaning but still not enough,dogs poop is still around. Unit itself is still nice with normal wear & tear.
The next apartment is way much better when it comes to amenities, interior, security, more clean inside & outside,clean play ground & newer building. (I just hope it’s not paper thin ceiling& wall also)

Big cons:
Paper thin ceiling & walls. (Noisy)
Dirty whole way & stairs. Dirty carpet.
Dogs poop outside.

They are rubbish apartments, everything fails and they take a long time to send maintenance, it is infested with thieves. And those who steal live right there, they have robbed me 3 times in a month, and they tell you that it is not their problem. very bad apartment I do not recommend them at all it would be a good option for them to steal anything else

Good experience so far. A lot of new improvements like cameras, cleaner grounds and online rent pay. Good price for a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom.

Worst place to rent. Never gave me a walkthrough sheet when I asked, cockroach infested, never fixed appliances, and when I moved out the tryed to over change me for things that are illegal to be charged for.

Lived here for 10 years and the new landlord and owners nickel and dimed me out of almost $1000 for normal wear and tear...they took down the security cameras and every since I've had 3 break ins and questionable people hang around digging in the garage and hanging out in the open areas....not to mention it's very hard to get in contact with the landlord and she will not work with you regardless of what she tells you verbally RENT HERE AT YOUR OWN RISK
