I live out of town and we were selling my grandmothers house. Jacqueline was recommended to me by one of our local agents, and man was it a good fit. We had several months of work to complete before we could even list the house. But she kept in touch with us, was very understanding and helped with things we couldn't get down to the house to handle. She offered cleaning and repair services if we needed. She even offered her husband up for labor! 🙂 Her pricing opinions were realistic and not over or under quoted. The pictures she took herself were beautiful, especially with what she had to work with. We sold the house in 2 days. We did not get our full asking price, but honestly it was because my family was just done after a year of cleaning and did not want to drag it out any longer haggling. She handled the listing paperwork, title paperwork, notaries, and all. And a lot of it was digital since the distance made it difficult to sign in person. Really in the short time we worked together and almost all of it text or email, I still felt she cared and did a great job.
