The company doesn't care and are rude. My apartment boiler went out. And this happeneds every year.. so I'm stuck with no hot water for days, this time it's three days. And no deduction on rent . No compensation for our inconvenience. I was told to boil water on my stove by litha... Are u joking.....but if we're late on rent we get late fees and notices on the door.. (not me ). But still... I think I'll be moving next year they lost a faithful resident . The audacity

Best on site manager ever goes to Digna at sunset gardens townhomes. We lived there for approximately 8 years and within those years we’ve had two on site managers total. Prior one was young and didn’t take much responsibility and care of the property until Digna took over. Digna took care of the property as soon as she came on site. she takes care of any work orders that we’ve requested in a timely manner. Digna is very friendly and kind. Sadly she is no longer there but she has made living there a great experience.

I have a horible experience with this property management company. I loved in the Gates Villa apartments for about 4 years. I moved into my apartment and it had the carpet from the tenants prior. Every year they raised my rent and I would ask them to replace my carpet and they refused. So I just moved out and I wasnt expecting to get my full deposit back but at least a few hundred and they magically lost record of me paying the full deposit and they sent me a bill for $70... every year they have a new property manager and they arent able to get there paper work in order from the previous onsite manager so things get lost! I tried to have a polity conversation with the person at there main office to at least get the $70 waved and she basically told me that it wasnt going to happen.. I urge people to stay away from any property's managed by Siegel & Co. both commercial and multifamily as well as people seeking them to manage there properties.

I can’t believe the apartments I live in got cursed and has Deborah Cruz as a landlord. She’s mean and hateful and lies all the time. Every tenant here has nothing nice to say about her. She straight Lies to your face and won’t work with anyone.

I Am currently a tedent at their Park Place Apartments property located at 1155 E Bullard Ave. Been there for almost 3 years now and not a single complaint or violation. Now suddenly I'm being harassed with accusations, with no evidence to support any of them. I Highly do not recommend doing business with this company. Now currently looking to relocate, to avoid more false accusations.
