Christian Zuno helped not just myself but my wife get the cars we both wanted and went out of his way to make sure we both left happy. Originally had gone in to get a car for myself but he took such good care of us we decided to purchase my wife's car right after purchasing mines. Great customer service. Answered all our questions. My experience at Sierra Chevrolet was fantastic from start to finish! I recently purchased a 2025 Chevy Equinox EV and I couldn't be happier with the car and the service. I initially spoke with Alfonso and Will. Alfonso was incredibly knowledgeable – he explained the particulars of the car in detail. Will was the guy I worked with to finalize the price. I was on a tight budget and needed a quick turnaround, and he was incredibly understanding and patient. He answered all my questions honestly and honored my request in regards to lowering the price to what I think is the absolute minimum. The next day, Luis made the trade-in and purchase process seamless and quick – I was in and out in no time! I'm happy with my car so far and I had a great experience interacting with everyone. I highly recommend Sierra Chevrolet, and especially Alfonso, Will, and Luis, to anyone looking for a great car buying experience.

Everyone at the dealership took such good care of us. I was so impressed with the knowledge about the vehicle we purchased. It was such a good experience for my family. We left feeling great about our purchase. The Equinox EV is amazing. I love this car and Super Cruise is a must have now that I have it.

I wish this could be good feedback, but this is the complete opposite. I'm so disappointed in the service department and the lack of communication I have received from Marvin Orellana. I had my service appointment and didn't receive a diagnosis until 8 days after. The fact that I had to keep on calling for an update since nobody had the courtesy to reach out to me. Not everybody has an extra car at home to rely on while their main method of transportation is parked at the dealer waiting for somebody to work on it. When an estimate was provided, there was no ETA to when the part would arrive and the little information he gave me was it could take 1 week, or it could take 3 weeks. Once again, no straight answer. From the day I was given the diagnosis, the only communication I received from Marvin was 13 calendar days later, and to tell me the part had been shipped out. That same day, my car was charged (EV) in the afternoon, which makes me think they already had the part. The next morning, I received another text from Marvin that my car is ready for pickup. Today, I was finally able to get a ride to pick up my car in the afternoon. To my surprise and disappointment, the dealer had closed at 2pm due to holiday hours, maybe holiday party. Once again no communication from Marvin on the change of hours. I don't have my car there for pleasure, and the fact that I have been without a car for 24 days is unacceptable. If the communication, empathy, and respect for customer's time and property would be present, especially as a customer service employee, this comment would be different.

Updated after speaking with the service manager but still haven't had any progress yet after following up again. Parts are 2.5 times higher than other Chevy service shop and labor is 1.5 times higher than other Chevy local service shop as well. Spent so much time to go back and forth on this, but it doesn't seem like it's going anywhere. It's not coming up with a better resolution like you said...

Brought this car here but Disappointed and not happy with the Chevy service received this week from the service department. Brought the vehicle because of the high voltage alarm on the screen. Thinking this may be the battery problem but the tech said this is because of the coolant issue. Recommended to change coolant reservoir shown in the paper without any leaking. Advisor said the coolant reservoir needs to be replaced due to the pressure problem. Well, this is not recommended service then, it's a 'must" then as the car won't be able to drive under electric. Even thought we paid about $200 for other regular service but still need to pay for $265 in addition to check on this without fixing it, and need to pay over $600 fixing the problem. We were just wanting to check the battery only as this should still be under warranty. Really, What's a surprise! Doesn't have any confidence & trust with that advisor as this doesn't make sense to us. Not continue to discuss in further as we cannot challenge his professional/experience.

We were thinking to upgrade to another Chevy's car but this will going to be on hold for now.

We purchased a 2024 Silverado at sierra Chevrolet
This was the easiest, most stress free auto buying experience I’ve ever had! It was actually a pleasure. I dealt with Tim in fleet, he listened to my situation and really heard me. ( we had bought a pickup for our son a few months prior that was totaled). Tim worked hard for us finding the perfect truck. He was kind, considerate, professional, honest and quickly became a friend to us.

We plan to purchase another pickup within the next year. We have found our dealership! And our salesman.

Took my car a while back when it completely shut down on me. Before bringing it to Sierra, I took it to a local spot who told me it was fine and they couldn’t find the issue. Had it taken to Sierra where Marvin was super helpful and ensured that he found the issue and ran a full check to let me know of any additional issue. No one likes getting their car serviced because you never know what you’re getting into, but I appreciated Marvin’s patience. Will be coming back.

The service advisor that helped me was cordial, pleasant, and professional. Unfortunately, she works in an establishment that does not have Customer Service as its priority. The compensation plan for service advisors must be tied directly to the guests they service because no one else at the facility would assist me when she was busy. I was only there to pick up my car and there were 4 other service advisors with no customers in front of them, but they told me I had to wait for her while they talked about non-work related stuff. When she was done checking me out, she called for my car to be pulled around (she knew I was coming to pick up the car because she'd ordered an uber for me, so why was the car not pulled around already?). After 10 minutes of waiting, I went back inside to check with her and she called for it to be pulled around again. 10 minutes later a young lot person came out to ask me to see my paperwork. 7 minutes after that, someone else pulled my car around. Not a great experience and similar to the last time I was here. Now that it is a pattern, I'm writing a review to let you know. This was not just a bad day - this is the culture of the organization.
