Sightline Builders, Inc helped us with the complete remodel of our 1970s condo. They did a beautiful job and were quick to respond and provide solutions for problems found during the remodel like a leaking roof and damaged siding. Sightline completely remodeled the kitchen and two bathrooms, entry closet, and cove in living room. They also installed new windows, new stairs, new exterior siding and new appliances. After discovering dry rot and termites, they completely rebuilt the upper deck. Thank you so much to Jason and his team!!

Last year, we hired Sightline Builders to remove and replace an old deck with a beautiful con-heart redwood deck and a picture frame border. They also replaced some siding and exterior trim. Overall, it was a major improvement to the property, and the craftsmanship was outstanding.

Jason Martin/Sightline Builders remodeled our master bathroom recently, and we could not have been happier with our choice. He was excellent on all fronts – every step of the way Jason kept us informed about where the project stood, what we should expect to have happen - and if any issues came, he was on it immediately! He went to bat for us when needed (with suppliers or subs) and kept a close eye on any deviations from the plan. Jason listened to our input and figured out ways to incorporate our ideas. And at the end, there were no surprises because of the open communication throughout.

In addition to being an excellent contractor, Jason is the nicest person we could imagine to work with. And his Sightline team members were very polite, clean and friendly.

We highly recommend him and will definitely give him a ring when our next project comes up!

Incredible attention to detail, craftsmanship and professionalism. Can't recommend this crew enough. We had a challenging project renovating a living room in an old home. Jason and his crew helped us come up with ideas, patiently mocking up different options for us to consider. When it came time to build their attention to detail and craftsmanship was remarkable. They did things like scribing a chair rail so it fit perfectly against our wavy and uneven old walls. All throughout the project they were professional and easy to work with.

Our home was built by Sightline. It’s an ADU about 750 sf. I found Sightline to be extremely knowledgeable and professional. The finished product is excellent. It was fun working with Jason and Sarah in planning all the way through to the finished product. We could bounce ideas, get suggestions, and make minor changes without hassle and controversy. Sightline Builders, Inc repaired damage from an upstairs bathroom water overflow that also damaged the kitchen ceiling and upper cabinets below. The job included drywall repair matching existing texture and paint color, replacing bathroom flooring, upgrading molding, and partially rebuilding the cabinets so they could be reused. They completed the job within the time frame and price originally quoted. They did an excellent job from start to finish. Jason was very easy to work with and very professional. I would highly recommend Sightline Builders.

Sightline took on 2 challenging repair/remodel areas of our home. Repairing, replacing old deck joists, decking, supports, making it sturdy and strong as new!! Replacing beams, trenching, installing french drains to solve a complex drainage problem around our carport on tricky hill slope. All work was completed timely, efficiently, skillfully and on budget!
