This company is by far the best! I have been with them for 8 years. Things have definitely taken a turn for the best. The improvement is very noticeable and ever so consistent. They have wonderful communication and are great at getting to things in a very timely manner. They are also very understanding of the unexpected things that life may throw at you and work with you throughout it all. I so appreciate them and highly recommend them.

I am a landlord with a property next to one that Signature leasing manages. There have been many issues with the tenant. When contacting them about the issues, they did not seem to care. When notifying the company that the current tenant had an active warrant when they leased to them, they did not care once again. This in my opinion is a company, with a lack of integrity. With as you can see by the pictures of their own property, they do not even care to pick up trash left on the premises.

When it comes to speaking with your company during normal business hours, that was done in person with a member from your management team. Your rep stated that he did not feel the information about the tenant in Fort Worth was applicable. As for the pictures, they were taken on the same day when I spoke to management. In which were geo tagged, and dated. (Which screenshot that has been added, now shows to all that you are attempting to mislead others in your business practices. Even when it comes to something as small as trash located on your premises.)

So far horrible experience moving into a temporary lease situation. Not only were there dead roaches etc all through the house when we moved in, in air vents literally still hanging from the bathroom vent. They don’t take care of the properties and nothing that they were notified of at move in has been handled! They actually refuse to return my husbands calls & emails and have yet to make any effort to remedy any issues. A few photos just of bathroom fixtures and this is what they consider move in CLEAN! I found trash in cabinets Bobby pins all over inside places so clearly their “cleaners” do the bear minimum. I’m so glad this is only temporary and I feel sorry for the actual owner of this trashed house.

This company management will only give you problems. With yearly attempts to raise rent and only give you sub par repairs when requested. Do not rent 7036 Nandina Dr. Dallas,TX 75241. while the home may look ok it has many issues.
1. Little to no installation in the walls and ceiling.
2. Homes a new breaker box with 1960's aluminum wiring.
3. Poor install of plumbing lines. Making the home a flood hazard during the winter months.
4. The area is bad on crime with cars being broken into countless times. I was there 4 times when I moved from home.
5. While the cabinets look new they are not. They just paint them and go. Over time the paint will start to peel.
6. The yard is unusable due to a tree hazard and quick drop off in the back.
7. They will wait until the very last day to return your deposit when you move. Despite the fact it only took them 2 weeks to make all repairs and place the home back on the market.

Had the most horrific year while renting from this company. It was so bad that even Jessie manning apologized the last week prior to moving out for the horrible experience we had to endure. Always make sure the owner of the home lives in the states or you will be asked to communicate through WhatsApp, with the owner, when you have entered a work order to make repairs. This company does not care! We were without ac for 2 weeks last summer & no window units were even provided. The contractors they use have no idea what they are doing and I have emails to prove. We entered 17 work requests in just a year and that doesn’t include the ones that were not fulfilled. Stay away from this company. Horrible business.

I am so incredibly grateful to Signature Leasing. I live in CA but bought an investment home in Frisco, Texas 17 years. I knew nothing or new anyone and I was very fortunate to have found Khan, April and everyone else at Signature Leasing. They are so knowledgeable about everything and always helped me to navigate every phase from repairs to leasing during Covid. They are super responsive, honest and very friendly. I even used Khan as my real estate agent to sell my home and of course his knowledge and connections helped me to sell my home for top dollar in a week's time. I can honestly say I am sad to no longer work with them. After 17 years together I feel like I am losing a long time friend (until I come back to Texas one day!). I highly recommend them to anyone and everyone.
