During a very hot, competitive market in South Burlington when there was very little inventory of homes to buy, she dedicated herself to finding a house for us. We were extremely happy with our experience listing and selling our house with Marvin and Signature Properies! We live out of state, and Marvin took care of everything. He worked with our tenants, and set up multiple showings, which resulted in an offer on the first day it was shown!  Marvin then continued to take care of all the things that needed to be done prior to the closing, including finding contractors to address items found in the inspection.
