We recently had the pleasure of working with Eden Nazlou as our real estate agent, and we want to share our experience.

From the very beginning, Eden was a dedicated agent who accompanied us everywhere and was always available, regardless of the time of day. He was patient and never pushed us beyond our means or preferences, which we truly appreciated. His ability to assess properties was commendable, though we do believe he has some room for growth in this area.

After a long search over several weeks, we finally secured a home in a location we love—one that holds sentimental value as it’s near our previous rental in Cali. Eden was there every step of the way, demonstrating his commitment to helping us find the right fit.

However, the process became a bit challenging towards the end, particularly with a difficult seller and a rent-back agreement. We had to involve Don, Eden's business partner, who provided exceptional guidance during this tough time.

While we encountered a hiccup on the day we were supposed to receive our keys—we understand this is part of learning in a new role. Overall, Eden proved to be an honest and down-to-earth agent, and we are thankful for his service.

Working with Eden brought a true sense of comfort and relief in knowing I had an agent of his caliber on my side. I met Eden at a nearby open house that I attended simply out of curiosity to gauge what the home being displayed was being sold for. Eden quickly engaged with me and gave me a realistic overview of our local market. We met in Sunnyvale (out of my price range) and I explained to him that I was seriously considering the East-Bay given the competitive prices. He quickly showed me his MLS listings in Hayward that met my wants and financial needs. Eden had no hesitation in going house shopping with me that same weekend all the way to Hayward and even worked with me through Christmas and the New Years holiday. This showed me his dedication to assisting me in my search for a home and flexibility of his schedule, but most importantly his professionalism.

Once we found my desired home, he quickly applied his sales knowledge and in depth negotiation skills to lock in a deal below the asking price. Personally, I’m an MBA with extensive sales experience and Eden went above my expectations in negotiating and ensuring that I got a deal I was extremely comfortable with. What was more appealing to me was his approach in selling me (at the end of the day Eden is a salesman professional), not once did he push a property on me, he even negatively and rightly criticized some properties that I was interested in but he knew would not truly satisfy me which I completely agreed with. Working with Eden and the Silicon Valley Real Estate Team was a pleasure, I look forward to continuing working with him and referring him to my family and loved ones.
