I rent this place for 3 years I gave them a deposit of $1000 .When they raised my rent I decided to buy a house. I gave them 30 days notice. I cleaned the apt according to what Debbie told me. I even asked her husband Joes to come and do a walk through which they refuse and said since you stayed here for 3 year we don't have to do a walk through. Debbie said she would charge me carpet cleaning and some general cleaning which at the end was supposed to be $180. When they mailed me my deposit refund with a walk through list they took $431. More than what Debbie mention to me. When I questioned she denied and than said I misunderstood. I tried to call the main office and talk to the supervisor Kevin he would avoid my call. Finally he told Debbie to call and talk to me. So when Debbie called she said Kevin said talk me for the last time and clear the confusion, which didn't happen. Instead she was very loud with me .I had to tell her that she is loud and not giving me a chance to talk. We even bought a pressure washer to clean our place. When we first rented this place was filthy, hair clogged in the bathroom sink, gunk built up, all the blinds were dusty, carpet was dirty, and the washer had dirty black water with cleaning ladies dirty towel. The faucet was leaking and when I put a work order the eminence came and said they will not replace that. I feel pity for them for taking my $431. Guess they really are struggling to keep tenants in that's why they kept more deposit to compensate the loss. Instead of taking my money more than what was promised if they only asked I could have donated it. It a shame that they treat their good tenants like this. I guess they forgot the word of mouth spreads like a disease. I hope corporate would see this review. Sad place to stay my cars got broken in twice.

Worst place to live . Too much foot traffic. The property managers have got to go . Thr wife of the couple will not talk to you in person so she sends her husband. They screwed us on the deposit. Carpet was worn bad when we moved in and never cleaned nor replaced. We move out, the new tenants brand new carpet. Had pkgs delivered after we moved and the new tenants notified the property managers who claimed were out of town to which these 2 were always and ypu could never get a call back, had my pkgs and I didn't know til 3 weeks later they had been stolen and was told Like no big deal. DO NOT RENT HERE. WILL END UP COSTING YOU MORE .

new manager is one of kind item with no brain..and the maintainence guy is so fat cant even do one job done..thinking about owner who hired this smart manager..old manager mr joe was very good person

Beautiful area beautiful condos!! Close to shopping and close to Yosemite and the high Sierra. Lots of trees and grass. Kept very clean. Two of the very best managers joe & debbie olson

I’ve lived here almost two years. I really love it. It’s quite the places are really nice. Anytime there’s an issue a maintenance person comes promptly to fix it. I have no complaints I’m extremely pleased.
