Silverado Commnity Management and Lisa Sandie have managed our association for a number of years. Lisa is always well prepared for our monthly meetings and is responsive when called on to investigate or follow up on requested items. Ours was a small HOA community and Silverado did a great job for us!

Unfortunately can't say anything good about the level of service this company provides. Have an issue with my property that HOA has to cover and after 4 weeks they got back to me asking if the issue was taken care of without checking with their service providers that didn't do anything.
Very unprofessional and they try to push things from their plate without providing any help.

Unprofessional staff that doesn't answer questions you ask, just promises to get back and tries to avoid answering.

Their business model doesn't have any service component.
