Just moved into a unit here and I haven't had a move in this easy in my entire life. Sherri and Patty made everything a breeze. The only issue that I had was resolved by Chris from maintenance before I was even able to move my stuff into the apartment! I highly recommend this agency to any who are in need of a home.

Phil and Bob installed weatherstripping on my front door within a few minutes after arriving. I put the maintenance request in and had same day service within hours. Always polite, respectful, friendly and skilled. No more draft and frigid floor. Temperature inside went up 5 degrees downstairs overnight. Excellent maintenance staff!

I rented for 3 years and it was great I appreciate all the help they provided, the only reason I’m giving a 3 star is I’ve been moved out for a month and have not heard or seen anything regarding my deposit. There was minimal damage and cleaning that needed done to the property when I moved out. They just keep telling me to call the Marietta office then they tell me to call the Parkersburg office and are giving me the run around.

She was very nice She had great communication. She really cared about what we wanted in the property and took her time with us and showed me Multiple properties in one day
She’s is amazing I highly appreciate her.
And the lady at the front desk in the Parkersburg office is very respectful and has great communication overall
