Kim Owen's is amazing and very prompt. She goes out far over her way to make you feel comfortable and gives you hope and she's just amazing. Your not a stranger when you meet your treated with respect and smiles and I can't say enough about her. We have used Kevin Owens to purchase two homes in Enterprise and cannot say enough great things about him. As an active duty military family, moving is part of our lifestyle and we wish we could use Simply South Realty every single time we move. Incredible experience dealing with Kim .
She found us a home of our dreams within two weeks.
After showing us a few different homes ,we told her exactly what we were looking for and how much we could afford and she found the perfect home for us in Elba Alabama. Under our budget.
Truly a professional in every sense of the word .
We gave her a list of wants and needs she fulfilled all of them and even smiled while doing it.!!!
She put up with us ,even when we drove her crazy every day asking her millions of questions about the south (we are from the Boston area.)
She even hooked us up with a home inspector a plumber a roofer and even a cat sitter for my wife’s cat.
She stuck with us throughout the complete process and handed us the keys .

Too bad we didn't contact a different agency or agent first. I tried to contact Kathy, the listing agent, directly through her company's website through the email listed on the company site for a property that had been listed for 1 day. I could not call because I work in a state facility that does not allow personal cell phones inside. We wanted to schedule a showing for that day and make our offer that day. I never received a response so my wife found her on Facebook and sent her a message. She quickly replied to that message. My wife asked why she never responded to the my emails to which she replied she never received an email. The picture of the email in my sent folder is attached with the time sent so Kathy can't say it was sent after this review or after the Facebook messages. The Facebook messages are after 9:00 and the sent email says 5:50. Im writing this review at 9:58. Also attached is Kathy stating she never received the email that was obviously sent. My point is that she was quick to respond on Facebook in a polite manner when the messages were about us being a potential buyer. The situation changed when Kathy was politely asked if we had the correct email and why the previous emails were ignored. She quickly proceeded to ignore my wife and then went even as far as to block my wife on Facebook. That is shown in the picture. We were never rude and still wanted to get other listings from her agency but never got the chance. Instead of trying to figure out why an email wasn't received, or being professional and offering to show other listings, or even asking what we were looking for, she outright ignored a potential cash in hand buyer. This is the behavior of an associate broker with this agency! Is this the role model for the real estate agents in that office? We will use a different agency to make our purchase of a property and will be happy to let them get the commission.

This is the BEST BROKERAGE by far in the area!!! They really care about their clients and try their best to give us what we really want!! Kevin helped us purchase our first home but we met several of the agents and they were all really nice!
