During the Covid to current, the management had the cleaners stop taking out the garbage from each office, but still took out the bathroom garbage and cleaned the bathrooms. Often times, they were untouched, too. They don't clean or vacuum the offices (you have to do it yourself). The walls are paper thin, so you can hear everything what other people in their offices are saying or doing. Once my company's lease is up, we're leaving.

Absolutely fantastic office space to work in; the building staff are all professional and polite, the facilities are kept consistently clean, and there are even snack machines and break rooms. Friendly community and a nice area around the building, too. If you need office space, this is it!

We have been in the buildings for several years and find the staff and owner extremely helpful, supportive and caring. They are not simply landlords but have become partners in helping us grow our business. They have established an excellent business location for business focused individuals to the larger business. This is truly a jewel with a centralized Sacramento location and the capability to meet the needs of any business.

Public storage is very clean. One person in the office at a time. Very nice couple that works at the storage facility. They only have a few units left. But over all the empty units are clean and ready for you

A Community for Peace.
EXTREMLY RUDE STAFF! are the majority here.
I went there for domestic violence. I wouldn't recommend their legal services. They said they would help me with a place to stay and then drafted me a restraining order, that I was told in court had no evidence. I ended up in court alone and no safe place to go. The after effects have been hard to live through. Lots of talk and no follow through. They put me in more danger and risk by not explaining the entire process to me and what could happen to me if I followed through with that process. Completely irresponsible! NOTE: 3 OUT OF 5 PEOPLE WILL LOOSE OR ENDANGER THEIR LIVES BY SERVING A RESTRAINING ORDER! Be very certain you have a safe undisclosed location to stay at with a long term housing plan. DO NOT go back once you file/ serve a restraining order. DO NOT think you can have the offender removed from the home and remain safe. No one will tell you that after their served you will have to have proof if they dont actual see them violate the order requiring surveillance videos in order to have an arrest. That means installing cameras, and only outside because inside is a private area and you can not video without consent unless in a public place. If you're looking for people with a kind heart keep going. FYI you will need to file with solid evidence. This requires going to a courthouse for hours to submit the order. If you arrive early enough you can get your response the same day late in the afternoon. Then making 3 copies there (expensive) or somewhere else. If you have sherrifs serve (three attempts, free) you must take them to the office that serves them. If odered it is only temporary. On the court date you will face that person and the judge may or may not make it longer (3 to 5 years) not permanent. You would have to do it all again after that one expired and ask for it to be forever at that point.
Police can issue an emergency order at the time of an incident at their discretion. Research thoroughly before acting unless your is in immediate danger. If this is the case take Ids, social security cards, money (no checks) bank cards will leave a trail, take cash, TAKE YOUR KIDS, if you leave them they could become victims, their things, medicine, pink slip, registration, photos/videos of abuser, phone, electronic devices. Try to get and keep these ready in case you need to leave quickly. Phone numbers of DV agencies. If you have searched these online erase them from your search history if you know how. Good luck .... It's a plain boring building that smells how it looks. That being said, the people that work there are awesome and very helpful!!!!
