I was very satisfied with my experience! SJA handled everything quickly, was very responsive, and was transparent about costs. I certainly appreciated the flexibility in doing however much (or little) we wanted for preparing the property for rent and SJA would take care of the rest. Once I vacated the property, I was impressed by how fast SJA arranged for everything to get done and how fast they found a tenant.
I also like the owner portal and how clearly all income and expenses are shown.
I would definitely recommend SJA!

The only change to my experience I could wish for personally is that I would have preferred it if the initial walk-in inspection gave a closer estimate about how much it would cost to get the property into rent ready condition. After the walk-in inspection, I had an idea in my head about how much preparing the property to be rent ready would cost. However, when it came time to schedule the actual work, the costs ended up being over 4x what I had anticipated.
Granted, SJA did do a very good job at being transparent and explaining why the costs needed to be so high, and after the explanation, I could understand why. It was just that I was not mentally prepared for the initial sticker shock.
