Wonderful property management group! Shout out to Mackenzie for making the application and move-in process smooth and easy. Would tell us they were coming to fix things on a certain day at a certain time and never showed multiple times, i would take the day off work to be there just for them to blow it off with not even a phone call or email. we then seaked legal advice and were told they have so long to fix things and to withhold rent and the things needed fixed never ended up getting done before we moved out at the end of our lease. do not recommend.

Everyone has been very kind and helpful. Makenzie was a great warm welcome to the entire process and continued to check in after move-in to ensure everything is going smoothly.
The only area of negativity I have is regarding the cleanliness of the house upon move-in. The walls were presently very dirty with various writing instruments on the walls. It gives the idea that SJC doesn't care about their properties much or their expectation for what move-out appropriateness should look like. I would never leave a property in the condition I found this in. There's also various stains on the carpet. It's unknown if the carpets were cleaned prior to move-in but it appears not.

Mackenzie has made the moving in process super nice and easy everything was pretty simple and easy to do/understand! We absolutely love our new home and the company we chose to work with! There were many homes available but that were managed by less reputable companies we passed on for that reason alone! SJC won’t disappoint!

Sjc is great so far ! The house was dirty upon move in and the yard could've been cleaned up a lot more. This review is specifically regarding Makenzie and the SJC company. So far they seem really great. But the cleanliness of the home wasn't good at all, inside and out.

Dan Hunt at SJC had made my worries of renting so much easier and reassured me that everything would be fine. I had rented a property from him for 5+ years and he has great managerial property experience and is willing to work with you. If he had rental property in the city I'm currently residing in, I would go back to rent with SJC Management again in a heartbeat!

This company not good, first they can kick out you anytime because they wants so. Second they never wants to refund your security deposit, they will lie for example they will say , you not paid last month, the property have many damages, also they can give you a fake invoice allegedly they called cleaning service, other services for fix your damages and they doesn’t matter so you have any proof. I’m not recommended this company or after the lease you will have to go to court because they will request money
