I got flipped off by somebody driving a truck with this company's logo. Company marketing truck or something.I've never bought real estate before, but when I do it certainly won't be from a company that sends people driving around flipping off homeless people that are just standing on the side of the road minding their own business. My employer has been a commercial tenant for 4+ years and on the few occasions we've needed maintenance or have reported other issues, Skotdal staff have been quick to respond. We know our building engineering staff by name and he knows our names because he consistently checks in with us. We like our office space and have no plans to move.
