Nice apartment located conveniently close to SeaTac, which is great if you work in the area. Many of the pictures on Google show older units, but they do have some renovated apartments. Compared to other options, the pricing is reasonable. The assistant, Kate, was very helpful and professional, guiding me through the tour and answering all my questions.

I have been living here for over 6 years, and it’s been a truly wonderful experience. The apartment is always well-maintained, and the management (Cynthia and Kate)team is fantastic—they’re responsive, professional, and genuinely care about the residents. Over the years, I’ve seen the property improve amenities and upgrades, which makes me even more confident in my decision to stay long-term. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and conveniently located near everything I need. It feels like home, and I couldn’t ask for a better place to live.

this apartment complex is not worth the investment. The roach infestation is a constant source of distress, and the lack of cleanliness due to irresponsible pet owners only exacerbates the problem. Management's unprofessionalism further compounds the issues, with a maintenance team that consistently fails to address concerns. Parking is yet another headache, adding to the overall frustration of living here. Save your hard-earned money and seek housing elsewhere .signing a lease here would be a costly mistake

Signed 3rd year lease..... rent was increased after two years without raise, of course. Looked at other properties around the area to see how my rent compared with like units. Found nothing in my price range: $1350 for a large, newly remodeled one bedroom with pool. Comparable rentals for price were either high rises or huge complexes. This is a courtyard type apartment. I love it.

Skyview Park Villa is safe, clean, quiet and a lovely community in which to reside. My neighbors watch out for each other, the staff is friendly and helpful and the maintenance team does a spectacular job with the grounds. Justin has headed the repairs for seventeen years, no question he knows what's happening on the complex! Any housing open to the public will have its challenges; however, I prefer sturdy and noise-proof structures that come with older units.

Come check out these fabulous apartments, meet Tara in the office. If you pay your rent, take your garbage out regularly and park in your own spot.... you will fit right in with the rest of us. Disregard old reviews from past evicted tenants who seem to post on all websites. Move to Skyview Park Villa where you can live right by SeaTac airport, Metro stops and Link Light Rail station - complete with excellent management & maintenance AND a pool……
