Joanne Moran at Kent Skyline Properties was fabulous to work with! I’m so thankful she was our agent on the sell of our Maple Valley home. She was THE reason it sold in 4 days! She is a go-getter for sure! Her expertise and attention to detail along with her great people skills got us a buyer in a not so hot time of selling.

Denis Rabiyevskiy was awesome! Was honest, knew how the market is doing and had accurate predictions on where it's going and what kind of house we should look for for it to be an investment and to be prepared for any type of market situation. Initially only my wife wanted a house I was a little edgy about it because it's our first home and I got used to rentals. But with two kids I think it's time. Denis definitely made the whole process less intimidating and explained everything and answered any questions we had and got me excited for home ownership. Moving into our new home and couldn't be happier. Thanks Denis!

Skyline sold a house next to me. Instead of removing their sign post & sandwich board after the sale they stashed it in the trees on our street. I called & asked that they remove the sale posts etc. they said the sales person would take care of this. NOT! These losers instead came & tore their name “Skyline” off the post & hide it back in the trees off 272nd in Kent!
Unbelievable! Skyline Realty is trashing our neighborhood after they collect their commission. NEVER USE THIS SLUM REALTY!

Some of their agents are quite terrible. Grady Brown and his staff completely botched my closing transaction, and I wound up without a credit applied to my mortgage. Zero accountability from his firm.
