Buddy and Cara were excellent to work with. Offered advice that saved money for the seller, my sister, as well as the buyer. Buddy is not high pressure, but they worked as hard to sell her property as they would have a much higher priced one. Buddy is unbelievable!!!!!! We were looking for some property in WV. He went out in the dead of winter and marked ALL the property lines by himself. We had a list of things we were looking for in a property. Land…140 acres, great location, great hunting, secluded, price, with a dwelling and accessible. The ONLY thing that didn’t fit was the driveway. Buddy set us up with “Johnny Boston” an excavator. We made an offer contingent upon an acceptable bid for the driveway. Buddy met us up there a couple weeks later along with Johnny. Price was very acceptable and we closed on the property. We are still friends with Buddy and absolutely love the place!!! Above and beyond, you can’t find a better realtor!!!!!!!
