Small Offices4Rent is run like a well oiled machine! Best property manager I've ever had. This company is on point and completely manages all your needs. Andrew and his crew are great. Just a great family owned business. Like the "Good Ole Days" when service meant something...remember that? First Class Operation! Highly recommend! 100% worth the expense. I love being downtown, Its great to get out of the house to do office work, Brent and Andrew do a great job running their business, It's a fair price, generally clean. My office came pre-furnished with a desk chair and floor mat. If you have any special requests, Andrew and Brent are very accommodating. I'd hate to give up this spot. When my friend moves to SD county we're going to try and snag a two room office.
