My colleague and I recently rented office space at Smart Space Vista and our expectations were exceeded. This office location is easy to get to and the office space is clean, modern and accommodating. We rented the small conference room, and it had everything we needed for our meeting. We have tried other spaces in North County areas and were not impressed. Gabby is really friendly and helpful and gave the space a professional feel.
Smart Space has a nice outdoor area, clean, well-stocked restrooms, fast Wi-Fi and all the cables needed to connect to the monitors.

Our team had a meeting here for the first time today and Cristal was very warm and helpful. The space is clean, including the bathroom (Important for ladies), and the few people I ran into in the hallways were very nice (Maybe everyone’s in a good mood because it’s Friday lol). This place overall is a welcoming environment, and I highly recommend it!

I recently rented the largest available room at SmartSpace for a team meeting, which was intended to accommodate 14 individuals. While we understood that space would be at a premium, the actual environment was less conducive to productivity than we had anticipated. Despite the booking period from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM, by 3:00 PM, it became evident that the temperature in the room, which seemed to consistently exceed 80 degrees Fahrenheit, significantly impacted our ability to maintain focus and engagement throughout the meeting.

While the staff at the front desk showed a commendable level of empathy and understanding towards our situation, the discomfort due to the excessive heat and cramped quarters overshadowed this positive aspect. This experience has unfortunately led me to reconsider future bookings for my team's meetings at SmartSpace, as the primary goal is to ensure a comfortable and productive environment.

I am hopeful that this feedback will be received as an opportunity for SmartSpace to evaluate and possibly improve their facilities and service offerings. Ensuring a more adaptable and comfortable environment could greatly enhance the experience for future clients, potentially making SmartSpace a preferred choice for professional gatherings. I rent a private office here several times a month, and it’s always a welcome change of pace. The desks are big, there is a nice little patio, and the Internet speed is fast. The location is great for me and my time here is very productive.

I am a tenant for the past 3 years and the staff is wonderful! Very easy to work with, pleasant, they will go out of their way to help you have a smooth running business. Great conference rooms that have all the latest amentias and never had a problem reserving the space needed for my meetings. Also has a great kitchen! Everything is kept very clean and love the beautiful artwork!
