Generally, I am not one to write review. Usually, I read them, but rarely find the need to contribute. This is different. I worked with Layla at Assemi Real Estate, who I can say, was a miracle worker. I flew into town on short notice to find a home. Layla seemed to drop everything and give me her undivided attention while we hunted for a home for my family. With a little luck, we were able to put an offer in and had it accepted. Layla's excellence didn't stop there. She took the time to guide me through the process and always had my best interest in mind. She took the time to clearly and concisely explain everything to me and thoroughly answered any questions I had. I highly recommend Assemi Real Estate. It was the best decision I could have made.

We can't be more positive about our experience with Layla and SME Real Estate. We moved to Fresno for work in the summer of 2021 and Layla expertly guided us through the different neighborhoods in town and helped us purchase a perfect house in the Fresno High neighborhood.

We were impressed with how Layla listened to our needs and wants and showed us the many different neighborhoods in Fresno. She provided great details about the local community so that we found the neighborhood and home to suit our needs. We couldn't have been happier.

Then life threw us a curveball and within a year we had to move again for work. Our first call after getting the news was Layla. She guided us through finishing a few small renovations to help us get the most value for our home, and found an amazing stager to help us get multiple offers over asking price on a home we had just purchased. Without her and her knowledge of the area and real estate market, we are positive we would have lost money in transaction.

To top it all off, Layla did all of the showing, staging, etc with my family being 2500 miles away in Ohio. Layla and team also took care of the yard, sprinklers and sold the property, allowing us to focus on our move and starting new jobs. We never felt anxious about our home or what was happening in Fresno. We knew we were in good hands.
