My mothers estate has been with Phillip Ball for two years. I call several times and he doesn’t return my calls but calls it is over and McDowell County.
He told me when the material part of the estate was closed, property would be able to go to court house.
Two years later still nothing done, if you wanna unprofessional lawyer Get Phillip Ball.
