I first met Snipes Property after seeing their listing on Craig's List when we relocated from Chicago to Richmond back in 2009. Whether it was an appliance malfunction, electrical/mechanical issue with the heat pump, or leaking toilet requiring repair and eventual paint work to the ceiling below; the Snipes project management team had contractors on site to access and repair within days if not immediately. There was even a case a few summers ago when the AC went out for about a week. It took 3 different companies to repair 3 different issues. With the assistance of Snipes, they convinced the home owners to credit back about a week's worth of rent for the inconvenience. Snipes Property is No. #1 in my book. But who am I, just a renter for 3.5 years at the same residence.

They are on top of things! I have a warranty on appliances and they have handled all contacts and appointments. They're maintenance crew is reasonably priced and I have used them time-and-time again. My tenants are college students and Snipes even handled a police situation.
