Terrible experience, I am still waiting for them to get back to me after almost 2 months. I rented for a year and lived with mold for 3 months. Health concerns now. I let them know THREE times. I was not aware there was a murder next door and I asked before renting. Adding on, they never returned my calls. I was promised my security deposit by the new individual in the office and nothing. They lost my paperwork I sent proof and now they want to use it against me when I was given the option. The new lady told me she was very sorry for my passed experiences and she would take care of it. NEGATIVE! They have a lawyer in the family and they know people in town. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!

Don't waste your time or money. They will ask for your first born child and a whole bunch of info you shouldn't have to give them. It will cost you a hard inquiry on your credit and you won't get the place your looking at as they will bait.and switch.

They are discriminatory.(don’t rent to black people) They need to be investigated. You can feel the discrimination when you enter the building far from welcoming. They don’t greet you. I tried to get a place twice. Over 750 credit score, 4k a month in income. They never contact you and the little girl that works the front desk is very very rude and does not need to work there when you call for an update she always states that she will relay the message. I called once every 2 hours and she kept telling me that same thing, finally I called and told her I wanted to speak to the person who I had seen earlier she tells time that she had left for the day... It’s a very off feeling walking there. You are ignored.

leased a home from them with a 3000 deposit 3000 rent daughter wanted a cat they told me to get rid of cats i told it was a emotional support animal and the property manger told me she did not care if it hurt her feelings so i had to get a letter from a doctor to keep the cat and they tried to say the note was not real until the figured out it was real constant house inspections making me take of work to meet them paid all payments on time had the house cleaned been waiting 20 days for my deposit money back and she informed me they were keeping the 3000 and i owed them 1000 more no way there was 4000 damage to the house i am a single hard working dad and they basically stole my 3000 i bought a new home 2 months ago and did not let Claudia snow sell me one because how i was treated for 12 months so sad to be so greedy and keep families money and make up prices on fixing things and the property manger threatened to mess up my credit if i did not give them 1000 more they will not ever get 1 penny more from me

Next to century 21 can meet all your rental needs. Walk in and they will have a list you can take and do a drive by before you decide to see the inside of the rental property......they work with the landlord so you dont have too...all your needs goes to snow developments.
