Great neighborhood, friendly people, easy to work with!

My parents purchased a condo in Finney Crossing 2 years ago. They were out of state during much of the negotiations on the sale and the selection of their finishes. The people at Snyder were so accommodating, working with them remotely and allowing me to help facilitate the selection of their flooring, colors etc. They were so nice and easy to work with.

I frequently visit my parents in their condo and am always impressed with how well the property is maintained during any season. The neighbors are friendly and the location is convenient, with many amenities on site or withing walking distance.

We moved into our new home at Kwiniaska Ridge in November 2020. It can be stressful when making so many selections on a new home . The Snyder team helped to make this a positive experience. Ron Montalbano was a lot of fun to work with and it is very obvious of his passion and commitment to make sure that Snyder meets your expectations. As in any new home, small items do come up. Chris Snyder has a great team who are customer focus and want to make sure they meet all of our needs and expectations. We have worked with Bob Pike and Patrick Kennedy after our house was built and they continue to make sure every item gets addressed, no matter how small. Great team!

Our experience with Snyder Homes was excellent! When we requested changes they were very accommodating and responsive. We had to choose things via the web because of the pandemic and they were so great and empathic to that fact. Ron Montalbano is just a rock star. Plain and simple. He made sure we were well taken care of and was super helpful and very responsive. The construction of the home is very solid and well built with lots of bells and whistles. The design center had tons of options to choose from. We love our home!

We bought a condo worth half a mil, which is pretty much a lifetime worth of income for me and my husband. Working with Snyder on our Creeks Edge Home has been the worst home buying experience or customer service experience I have ever encountered. We are 2 years into our new home and there are still multiple issues to be corrected. Even the repairs they did after months of follow ups were done wrong and have to be redone. They never respond to any request on time, never take any responsibility of the issues, send different people multiple times for the same repairs. At the time of purchase they gave us a very hard time in providing the appliances that we wanted. Just one day before closing the refrigerator was not installed and I had to put my foot down that I won't sign until I see it installed. Their manager said they HOPE to get to done soon. Which smart business owner uses hope as a strategy to deliver? I am also a business owner and I sure don't or would never. Somehow got the refrigerator fixed. 2 days after moving in we found water leaking into our basement, water logging under our deck, the yard was not properly graded.
Then comes the fun part, 2 months after moving in we started finding several plumbing problems in both our full bathrooms. We reported everything immediately but to this day my son can never use his shower without getting frustrated and I hear squeaky noise in my shower every time I step in or move around. They chose very poor quality fittings and still haven't fixed any of it. If they fixed it, everything goes back to the original broekn state very quickly. 3 different contractors showed up at our home after several months of following up and back and forth. Yet none could fix the issue. I can keep going on and on but I have better things to take care of.
Booo Snyder! Never doing business with you again!

We moved into Finney Crossing two years ago.
The transition was easy and smooth. Our sales person Ron Montalbano did so much for us and helped each step of the way looking out for our best interest. Katherine Marsella helped with our choices in decorating which we are so happy with. Our neighbors here are so friendly and everything is so easy to get to great stores, restaurants and amenities. We were so hesitant about moving out of our area but so happy we did it .

Safe, friendly, convenient neighborhood with great amenities!

We moved to Finney Crossing in June of 2017. We wanted to downsize and be closer to our children's families. The condos at Finney Crossing were the perfect fit for us. Not only is the neighborhood safe, it is friendly, quiet and there is little outside traffic. The pool is pleasantly not crowded, and is the perfect place to relax or play with our grandchildren. We also enjoy the tennis court and nearby trails for walking and biking. All around Finney Crossing is a good fit for us and we're very happy with our decision to purchase a condo here.

We moved into our out new townhome in December of 2017. We wish we could have made this move years earlier. I love the convenience of not having to mow grass or shovel snow! Our new home was well built, well designed, and well equipped. Our community is conveniently located at Taff's Corners in Williston.
The Sales staff was extremely helpful in our making customs choices for our home. Our neighbors and neighborhood is a very nice place to live.
