It’s going to be about a year since I’ve moved into one of the companies apartments & I am beyond satisfied. They are easy to reach if I have any concerns & treat it with diligence. If I ever have an issue in my apartment, they respond quickly and usually have a technician come in no later than that following day. Rent is very reasonable due to Los Angeles having a huge increase on cost of living, so I don’t see myself moving anywhere else, but renewing my contract. I’ve greatly recommended this company to my peers knowing it can be hard to find a place where you are treated well, instead of a tenant who can be replaced. Thank you for your great services.
