We hired Anita about 2 years ago and let me tell you what a relief it’s been since then! She is always communicating with us and our tenants and on top of every single task! We were stressing as new landlords and it was getting to be a conflict with the Tenants so we called Sofia properties and landed in Anita’s hands and couldn’t be happier!! She got the paperwork done and does her inspections and personally when delivers any notices to tenants herself! She always answers our calls and always responds to any tenant work orders right away! We have been smooth sailing since hiring this agency and having Anita as our property manager! She knows her stuff! Thank you Anita for making being a landlord easy and thank you for taking care of our tenants as well and making it easy for them too! As a Realtor, I recommend all of my investors to use Sofia Properties as their property manager. Anita is hands down the most thorough manager you could ask for. She takes care of everything from reviewing applications on potential tenants to handling work orders professionally and quickly. Anita knows the state and local laws of rentals, thus putting the property owners at ease. The companies fees are by far the best in the local area and they also do not overcharge owners for service calls etc. I highly recommend Sofia Properties.

Since 2014 I have lived in one of their apartment properties in Galt, every six months they are raising the rent $90 while the property continues to deteriorate. Only 6 of the 13 lights around the original property are working. Their are 8 lights in the assigned parking that are out. Motion light by the mailboxes and across from the office are out. Also I continue to live in the Stone Age and am forced to take a check to the office every month. Office hours are 9-5 but no one is ever in the office. Laundry room is always disgusting the floor needs a good sweep and mop daily, I hate to ever accidentally drop my laundry. Please spend all this increase in rent on bettering the quality of your property!

Still have yet to recieved my security deposit (day 27) which wasn't even for the full amount even though we left the apartment in 10× better condition then we recieved it. The lady I spoke with was beyond rude and condescending. I cannot believe she still has a position as a manager there. Might just have to reach out to the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development if I dont receive my deposit soon.
Edit: Was told on March 13 that they would have my security deposit available for me at Trailridge apartments on the 16th yet when I arrive there to pick up the check they tell me it wont be here til tomorrow. I've wasted my time, gas, and energy trying to deal with the manager here. I've been very respectful and generous despite being treated very poorly by management. She refused to make this right and kept telling me to take her to court. I wish there was a way to give someone zero stars!
