The maintenance personnel were very good in handling our concerns. Heater was not working they replace it. They asked permission if they could do it even though we are not home. Great Job!

I took a tour with Rose and she was very knowledgeable and helpful with all the questions I presented to her. She greeted me with a smile and a wonderful personality. I highly recommend to ask for Rose with any assistance in tours or looking for a future place to live.

All the staff at Solano Springs were always friendly and helpful. Premises were always clean. All work request were resolved in minimal time. It is a safe and quiet place to live.

Living at Solano Springs has been a great experience. Overall all staff is really helpful and friendly but he maintenance team, led by Gustavo Maldonado, is incredibly responsive and efficient, promptly addressing any issues in my apartment. The property is well-maintained, with clean common areas and amenities.

I've loved living here so far. Apartments are very nice and rent is reasonable. The maintenance guy, Gustavo, is very friendly and helpful. He is quick to fix any issues in my home whenever I need it.

Clean and well maintained apartments with very helpful, friendly and punctual staff. Had staff member Gustavo Maldonado respond to my apartment immediately when I was having issues with my AC, he was very friendly and informative he showed that he really cared that my family have our AC work properly asap, as he was going through great lengths to do whatever it took for for my family and I to be comfortable in this AZ heat.

I would highly recommend this complex to anyone just based on my experience with the staff.

I have loved living in Solano Springs Apartments and I’m going to miss living there so much! You guys run a great service,specially the maintenance lead by Gustavo and I had a wonderful experience. Your friendly response to all concerns was a pleasure to have and I honestly couldn't have had a better living.

I love living here with my kids. Everyone in the office is helpful and friendly. Most of all I love when they do stuff for the residents, the potlucks brings a sense of community and a great way to make new friends. Can’t wait to see what Roselyn and Monica plans for us residents next. I recommend Solano apartments it is a safe place to live.
