I wouldnt list your property with these guys. Cant get a response from them on a property for weeks multiple attempys. They must be holding them all for their friends. I would be very wary.

Should be called the unsold sisters. Wanted to buy a house they had for sale, had cash waiting and would have been an easy transaction. Difficult to get a response if at all, eventually gave up and went elsewhere. If you are looking to sell your property I’d go elsewhere as the “sold sisters” are clearly not interested in selling houses.

On the first week of January I received the services of a Sold Sisters realtor. The agent was extremely personable, helpful, and did a great job showing me numerous properties in the local area. With this help my wife and I rapidly selected a property and made an offer. Our offer was accepted by the seller and our home buying experience appeared to be fully on track.

Naturally, a few relatively minor issues arose between myself, the buyer, and the seller. Lots of seemingly ideal support rapidly was provided by the Sold Sisters realtor. In time, I’d learn all of the verbal assurances were as solid as the paper they were written on. The agent also frequently falsely claimed to understand VA loan requirements, seemingly to the detriment to both the buying and selling party.

We signed a contract to close by mid-February noting that time was of the essence. As of this review it is nearly the end of March and of course we are not closed. Everything has been done on the buyer’s side since 11 January, yet the agent from Sold Sisters continues to fail to exert sufficient pressure upon the seller to meet their contractual obligations.

Water sample for the VA mandated water test still not taken (the Sold Sisters realtor actually had the audacity to ask my wife if we’d waive the test). Property lines for the multiple acres still unknown from a legal standpoint (one would think Sold Sisters would have checked this before the house was ever even listed). Seller stating work will not be completed unless we give them things past our contractual obligations.... all of this and the Sold Sisters realtor continues to sit ideally by. Avoid Sold Sisters, they’ll charm you then leave you in a lurch.
