I recently sold my home with Soldnest and couldn't have been more pleased with the process. My wife and I were a bit hesitant on moving forward with SoldNest to sell our home, as initially we were more inclined to choose a better known real estate company. But after meeting with our SoldNest agent, Joseph, we were extremely impressed by the game plan he had in place to sell our home, as well as the 1.5% listing fee that the company charges.

He was professional, always kept me updated, had answers to all of my questions, and gave me great feedback on things I could do to my house to make it more attractive. I went into this process with high expectations and was not disappointed. The buyer for my property had a SoldNest agent, so my total commission was only 3%. I ended up saving over $50,000 compared to what I was getting quoted from others. The lower commissions are a benefit, but I was more impressed with the service. The last time I sold a home was almost twenty years ago and from what I remember, the experience wasn't a comparison. I think SoldNest is on to something and their business model is impressive.
