This my second year using this company. The work has been good but the technician communication needs work. I demand to be called when the service tech is on site but that has not happened consistently. But I think management is working the problem and things are getting better.

When they were here doing the work, it was great. Very professionally done plus I felt they always did a little extra. The one problem was getting them to actually come on site in a timely manner. I was told a couple of times it would happen in the next week and it didn’t. Mine was not an emergency job however.

In the end, my pond looks (and works) great!
