We had a wonderful stay at Life's A Beach! We are a family of 11 (7 adults, 4 children ages 3-6) and were very comfortable in this home. The home is well appointed, the kitchen fully stocked, bedrooms have plenty of linens and extra blankets. The 'take one, leave one' had so many items we could have left a lot of our gear at home - boogie boards, beach chairs, sand toys! 2-3 carts were appreciated to haul gear to the beach. The elevator was very helpful for unloading/loading but we mainly used the stairs otherwise. Views from all the balconies were amazing, we were lucky to see a strawberry full moon. Great family vacation overall!

The LA Escape II was the PERFECT home for our family of 8! Right in the center of activity we were able to walk to dinner each night, souvenir shops during the day, and walk back and forth from the beach for lunch and bathroom breaks! The outdoor shower and entertaining areas were clutch for this boy-dominant family. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. We will definitely book again!

The house Blessings on the Bay was beautiful and exactly as described. There was plenty of room for all of us to not be on top of each other. Beautifully decorated and the beds slept great. We would stay here again for sure. The pool was right behind the house. We had to walk across the street for the beach but it wasn’t bad at all. We ate at Zekes and the shrimp Basket which both was walking distance and delicious. There was also a donut shop and ice cream place in the same strip as the Shrimp Basket was. Our family had a fabulous time. The pool was perfect for kids that don’t know how to swim. It has an area just for them.

We had a wonderful time staying at this property. It was clean and there was ample space. Booking, checking in and out, gaining access, and communicating with property management was straightforward. We had never been to the gulf shores, so we just randomly chose The Crystal Tower based on photos. In my opinion we made a great choice when comparing other condos to this one. Our ocean view was gorgeous. We were on the 12th floor. We had an enclosed, air conditioned, pedestrian bridge to cross the busy road. Watching groups of people from other condos try to cross with all their gear looked frustrating. Crossing the bridge led you to a beautiful, well-kept pool. There was a bench along multiple areas of the pool, a hot tub, and a lazy river. The lazy river was a big selling point for me because I like to catch the sun and float. The river doesn’t have any flow, so you have to move yourself. There’s also no etiquette posted, so lots of kids would play hide and seek and catch in that area, and adults would just stand in it. Standing wouldn’t be a big deal, but it’s narrow so it was awkward to move around them. In my opinion, there were plenty of locations to sit or stand along the sides of the larger pool. No eating was allowed at the pool, which was disappointing— but I definitely understood. Bird traffic and people being messy would be a huge hassle. There was another small pool with a hot tub next to the condo. We checked it out a couple times when the larger pool got loud. There was security monitoring in person and through cameras which helped to enforce those policies. No smoking or vaping was allowed, however people did it anyway and I was annoyed. I live in the Midwest so another of my goals was to appreciate lots of fresh ocean air. On the balcony, at the pools, at the beach… smoke, smoke, smoke. It’s just such an imposing habit because it permeates the air for such a long distance. Beyond the pools was a beautiful, white sand beach. There was ample space and the water was warm. We saw dolphins each day, and 2 herons would stand right on the shore on our morning walks. One of the best decisions we made was to take a Sand Castle University class the first day. Oh my goodness. We learned so much and we spent the rest of the trip using what we learned to make more creations. We also visited Alligator Alley and that was a really neat experience as well. Since we had to fly, it was tough to bring everything we needed, so we bought a lot when we arrived and had to leave it behind or throw it away. There was one roll of paper towels, one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, one dishwasher tab, one garbage bag in the kitchen can, and one laundry detergent. Needless to say, a family of four needed more than those provisions, but not enough to warrant the amounts we purchased and then had to toss. There were sand toys, body boards, a cart, and an umbrella— but much of it was broken. We really needed an umbrella for the oppressive sun, so we had to buy one. We also had to bring beach towels from home which took up a lot of space. Having the ability to do laundry was great though. We could easily dry suits and towels for their next use. There were 3 elevators and we didn’t have to wait too long to get to our room or to the lobby. We did need to use the pullout sofa bed and noticed at 9:30pm there weren’t sheets. We called and Polly was quick to respond and was kind enough to drive 15 minutes to deliver a set to us that night. The beds weren’t the most comfortable, but we survived. The kitchen was clean and well stocked with appliances, utensils, and dishes. There was a vacuum and a broom to manage the sand debris. There were plenty of hangers in the walk-in closets. We would definitely stay here again the next time we visit.

We had a great stay in Romar Tower 6B. The smaller size of the complex makes navigating the elevator so much easier. The unit was spacious and had everything we needed. The view from the balcony was beautiful. We will be back!
One note: we pulled out the couch bed the first night, and the mattress was very thin. You could feel every spring. I had brought an air mattress, so the 2 boys were able to sleep on it and we put the couch bed up without using it. It was not easy to put away. It could stand to be replaced. Other than that, everything was perfect!!

I can not get over how beautiful and perfect this house was for my wedding! There was so much room inside and outside the house to hang out! Beach was stunning as well. Only complaint I have is that the heat was just too much for the A/C to handle the third floor which is to no fault of anyone. Also, it would have been 100% better if there was a walk way to the beach built like off the second floor. Will definitely be looking into this house again in the future! Had such an amazing time here!

This place is beautiful! Exactly as shown in the pictures but even bigger in person. We had a group of 9 with 5 kids and 4 adults and there was more than enough room for all of us. The bedrooms were all spacious and clean. The kitchen was large and had everything in it that we needed. The balcony view was fantastic and it was easy to access everything from the indoor pool to the outdoor pool or the ocean. This was a very clean condo and the beach was held to that same standard. We were extremely happy with our stay and plan to be back next year!

Loved this beach house! It was perfect for our needs - so spacious and clean! There were six adults and three kids, ages 3 - 8. Bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, and living areas were spotless. They provided plenty of kitchen utensils and other amenities; however, the amount of dish soap was rather minimal. There were plenty of towels in the bathrooms, but only one roll of toilet paper per bathroom. It would have been helpful if a few additional rolls had been provided. We brought a package of 12, but in other places I have stayed, additional rolls were provided. Granted, we were told what to expect before arriving. Also, in other places I have stayed, a basket of beach towels was provided; thus, we were able to save room packing. Since we bring our own easy-up, beach chairs, washers toss game, large coolers, etc, little things like a basket of beach towels would be helpful. Note: If your children get up in the middle of the night or sleepwalk, you might want to bring a baby gate since two of the bunk beds are upstairs. All in all, this was a lovely place to stay! We would book it again!
