Just moved in and still unpacking but have to say this place is Awesome and Shari is super... Communicative, friendly and helpful. I applied here without a tour and was impressed when I moved in. Amenities are great...And spacious, especially for a 3b, 2ba unit. Thanks.

These apartments are terrible things broke easily, by the second month we had pest and when we moved in the carpets were stained. Ended up having to buy a carpet cleaner and cleaned them myself. I don’t recommend these apartments unless you’re looking to get cheated out of deposit that was promised to you.

Second shooting here in the apartments in a few months this morning. First shooting killed a couple kids. Keeps kids clear of widows and exterior walls. Vehicles broken into a lot, some stolen. Apartments can afford to reseal the pavement but only cares to have cameras to cover the office or pool. Obviously doesn't care about it's residents. Only that they skyrocket rent. Cabinets are all super cheap and fall apart quickly. Nothing hangs strait. Lots of bugs. Super loose outlets. Everything is the cheapest possible. And pool is only rarely clean. Park is trashed constantly.

I've been living here for almost a year now. These are the best apartments I have ever lived in. The 3bd 2bth are spacious and with lots of closets and shelving in the master bathroom. I absolutely love the walk in closet in the master bedroom. Mostly my family and I love the Sonoran staff. When I moved in we where given a paper on a rent to own washer and dryer company to help us get one. Shari has worked with us multiple times when we have questions or any concerns. She put together holiday themed crafts for the children in the complex on multiple occasions. As for the Maitence employees, they are always quick, on time, and very polite. My heater wouldn't turn on today and they where out here within the hour and after 15 minutes my house is now getting toasty. I really appreciate the the little things here. Like getting a call when a package arrived or just a friendly wave in the morning. I have moved a lot in my life and have never experienced such a great place full of wonderful people.

Apartments are great and so was the staff, UNTIL I needed my $100's back because I've found something else. My security deposit sky rocketed because I had a previous eviction, which I get. But when I say I wanted my money back Michelle tried everything she could to lower the money for me to move in. Which I originally wanted the $299 move in special. It ended up being $1,784 all together. I just couldn't do it. She tried to lower my rate, she tried to let me just pay a certain amount. She said I couldn't get my $100 back which was bull I wasn't giving her an option. I got my $100 back it's a nice place from looking at it, but they try to screw you over with the security deposit. Don't let them push you around, in the end it's YOUR business they want. Don't let them run you. I had her pretty much begging me to take the place. Maybe she shouldn't have tried to screw me over with the security deposit and did me right in the beginning when I was interested in the place.
