The Zillow listing shows that offers would be reviewed on 9/2/2020, yet the house went Pending on 8/31. We were in the process of writing up an offer to submit, we had outlined the details to our agent this afternoon, 8/31. Our agent had already been in contact with Hilary Kelly on 8/30, she never reached back out to him to let him know they had accelerated the offer review date. Even though the house was listed at $929,000, when our agent contacted her, she basically said she had an offer for over $1M. She made it sound like we shouldn't even bother submitting an offer. I am not sure how she is representing the Seller's best interest if she is not bringing them all viable offers. It also feels very unethical to state offers will be reviewed on a specific date, 9/2/2020, yet accept an offer and put the listing pending on 8/31/2020.
