Had a septic tank filter. Clog sewage was backing up into the house on a Sunday so I called a plumber to fix the emergency situation because hazardous materials were coming through into our home. Save them property damage in the liability of having to put us up in a hotel. The plumbing tech took pictures and even said this is an outside the home issue and property management needs to take care of it either way. Long story short, they refuse to reimburse someone who lives paycheck to paycheck and who has been a utmost, respectful tenant. They act like their property management company has no money to reimburse people, but they would offer a rental credit instead of giving my money that I needed back for bills and groceries for the rest of the month
