We've been renting a lot from Southern Home &Properties for I wanna say 3-4 years now and they have the best customer service and we can't say anything bad about our experience with them they have been a great place. I suggest if you are looking for a real estate agent or a place to rent this is the best place in Enterprise Alabama and I can honestly say this I have lived here for almost 30 years and I have been through plenty of rental places and Southern Home &Properties have a 10 star rating from me and my husband 😀 😊 😄 😉 ☺️ Thanks Southern Home &Properties for everything

I've worked with quite a few property managers over the years, and I have to say, I genuinely enjoy working with Southern Homes.

The staff and owner have been nothing but accommodating and thorough in taking care of my properties. They have risen to the challenges as they come up and have gone out of their way in accommodating my properties needs.

Our house has been destroyed under the (mis)management of this company twice. 2018 we paid $35,000 to repair damages and now, in 2020, it will cost another $5,000-$6,000. This does not include the months of rent we are owed. The "manager" has never checked on the home nor have the attempted to collect past due rents. The house, which was 2 years old when we turned it over to them is now dilapidated and infested with mice and roaches. The head of the agency is shady and refuses to accept responsibility for his neglect as the person being paid to manage the property. The neighbor's dog could have done a better job of managing my house and I regret ever entrusting our home to this agency.
