I worked with David on purchasing my first home and working with him was nothing short of spectacular. David was actually the sellers agent but I felt confident in working with him after the first showing so I didn't even get another realtor involved. All of my concerns were handled by David in a respectable and timely manner with considerations given to both me and the seller. We were able to close on time after all repairs were completed and the process couldn't have been easier. I lived about a hour from the home I was purchasing and Davids office but he was always accommodating with my travel time and work schedule. It was wonderful working with David and the Southern Real Estate team and I will be using them for my future sales and purchases as well as recommending them to anyone in need of a agent. As a small business owner I absolutely understand the value of client-business relationships. Southern real-estate went above and beyond my expectations. I truly felt valued and that my needs and wants were their top priority. David went out of his way to be available each and every time I needed yet another inspection or walk through of the property ( and there were several) not only did he find the perfect property he also made the process of re-zoning a breeze. Any of my questions were answered promptly And every step of the process was explained. I throughly enjoyed using southern real estate. And will absolutely use them again.
