Shannon French had a waterfront house listed that my wife and I looked at. She was incredibly unresponsive, unprofessional, and rude. She gave our realtor the wrong code for the lock box twice. We ended up making an above asking offer waiving all inspections. Her response when our realtor asked what made another offer stand out more was “and you don’t think out of 10 offers there could have been a better one?”
